I've been to the Texas State Capitol many times and have always struggled to take an interesting photograph of the stairs. The capitol stairs are grand, wide and ornate. They will make a great study. However, for one reason or another, I've been unable to create an interesting image. Part of the problem I'm have is that I find the stairs too wide and there is an window with an uninspired view that gets in the way, This image today is one of the few I'm satisfied with.
