The Heritage Boot and Blackmail neon signs on South Congress Avenue, just south of downtown in Austin, Texas. Unlike yesterday's neon post from north Austin, this one is the trendy SoCo neighborhood on the opposite side of town. I'm attracted to the the glow of the neon and store fronts. Ideally, I like to capture them at the hight of blue hour. This image though was taken a bit early, before the peak blue color arrived.
