Every winter, the flagship Whole Foods Market store in downtown Austin creates a mini ice skating rink on the second floor. I attended a child's birthday party and was amused when a person acted as a human zamboni to clean up the ice. A zamboni is a large machine that resurfaces the ice. You can see them at hockey rinks and other full size skating rinks. Here, in this tiny place, I guess this is all that is needed or that will fit. The image was converted into a high-key black and white to give it that extra wintery feel. In Austin, where the winter highs are 60 degrees, this is as snowy as it usually gets.
