The nearly symmetrical composition of 100 Congress located by the river in downtown Austin, Texas. Congress Avenue is the "main street" that runs North-South through the middle of downtown. At its terminus is the Texas State Capitol. This office building is the first one located just north of Lady Bird Lake on Congress Avenue. I shot this photograph mainly for its symmetry and the slightly out of place clock seems the be the building's focal point.
