I've noticed these places next to Hindu temples where people can purchase garlands. These flower garlands are used to decorate and honor the deities. Taken at an outdoor street market in Karol Bagh area of Delhi, India, over the weekend. This market was located next to a different temple from the one I posted yesterday.
