Taken at the Chinese New Year Celebration at the Chinatown Center in Austin, Texas. From what I can tell, the Big Head Buddha guy fans the flames on the firecrackers so that they don't go out. I witnessed this fanning action several times during the Lion dance. This image is an experiment in black and white processing. Something a bit different from my norm.
