The turkey that my friend Scott cooked for Thanksgiving. Like many Thanksgivings, my family and three other families get together to celebrate this special holiday. This year, Scott cooked his first turkey and it came out spectacularly, very moist and perfectly cooked. There is much to give thanks this year. Certainly I give thanks to my family and friends.
