Here is another image from yesterday's Capital Macintosh PhotoSIG / Austin SMUG user group meeting. Kirk Tuck demonstrated his LED lighting techniques and Launa Lani was kind enough to volunteer as a model. I like this image better than yesterday's post because Launa is looking directly into the camera and there appears to be more of a personal connection. Yesterday's photo looked like it documented the lighting demo, this one looks more like a portrait. This photo was overexposed since I had previously dialed in +1.0ev and forgot to reset it. To my surprise, I was able to recover the image with post-processing and turning it into a black and white.
