Not your typical scene on Congress Avenue - to see a boat "floating" down the street. This was one of floats before the main parade of bikes at the 2011 Republic of Texas (ROT) Biker Rally. For people not familiar with Texas, the woman on the left is making a "Hook'em Horns" hand gesture which is mean to approximate the head and the horns of the University of Texas (UT) Longhorn mascot.
